Hey there,
As a UX/UI designer, I often help businesses and brands to refine their existing user experiences to better serve their customers and increase conversions.
As part of this service, I go through your website or app for the specified amount of time and highlight:
- Positive areas
- Negative areas
- Possible improvements
- User's current feelings vs possible
I will point out with adequate detail actionable advice that can be taken to have an impact on your customers. I aim to help you improve how your customers perceive your business and can help to optimise for your objectives: conversions, views, etc.
This usually takes place through annotated screenshots of the website/app, which you can then go through with your team to make adjustments and rethink certain elements.
I also include a call at the end to discuss the general points I have about the design of the website, and to give my advice about where to go from here.
